About Pearts

We are proud of our tradition in providing legal services since 1883.

After operating solely from Dublin City Centre since 1883 as Pearts Solicitors and Town Agents, Pearts Solicitors opened a branch office in Rathmines, Dublin 6 in 2017 but have now returned to head office at 24/26 Upper Ormond Quay, Dublin 7.

Managed on a daily basis by Valerie Peart Solicitor, her Apprentice Darren Reilly with Niamh Wade BL assisting, Pearts Solicitors can provide a full private client service.

The team will guide you through whatever needs our advice and at all times you can be assured of a professional and dedicated approach to your concerns.

As Principal of the Firm, I like to think that our founder, Richard McNamara, his son – in – law, John R Peart, my Father, Denis and my brother Michael Peart (formerly Mr Justice Peart), would be assured, that what was started in 1883, remains in safe hands.

We offer advice on all legal matters. Whether you are buying your first home or want to take care of your loved ones in your Will; Whether you have suffered an injury* or simply want to know how best to resolve a dispute, Pearts are there to help. At Pearts Solicitors, we believe in maintaining lifelong relationships with our clients.

Our approach is to get to know our clients and their families, to understand their needs, the challenges they face and what they want for the future. We aim to bring you peace of mind, help you enjoy the things that you have worked for and protect those for whom you care.

We are a group of legal professionals who believe in providing sound judgment, in-depth knowledge and new solutions through genuine client partnerships.
